Idlewild Country Estate is a magnificent wedding venue with a unique chapel overlooking the Rietvlei Nature Reserve. Idlewild Country Estate is situated on a farm between Johannesburg and Pretoria, only 30 kilometres from O.R. Tambo International Airport. The venue has rolling lawns where Blesbuck roam freely. At Idlewild, we provide the perfect setting for your wedding, conference, matric farewell, function or festival. The venue can host between 80 and 500 people inside with versatile spaces for outdoor events.

"My only problem was that I booked a VIP seat. We were four friends attending. When we arrived we had to look for a table where at least w can sit together. I expected that the table will have names on instead of looking for a table to sit together."
