Whale Coast Mall and Food Lover’s Market are proud to be facilitating our annual Little Baker Competition.

Children from 5-10 years old are invited to participate in this event

Date: 24 October 2026

Time: 10:00 to 12:00

Venue: Food Court | Whale Coast Mall | Entrance 2

Cost: R100 per entry

There will be 20 participants allowed in each category, who will each receive a sponge cake to decorate. There will be a winner for each category, with amazing prizes up for grabs!

Each participant will also receive an apron, a chef's hat and a little goody bag, filled with treats.

5-6 years | 20 participants

7-8 years | 20 participants

8-9 years | 20 participants

9-10 years | 20 participants

Please note that each participant will need to be accompanied by a parent and no child will be allowed to participate without a parent or a guardian present.

Also note that we will have a photographer and a videographer present on the day and consent forms will be provided, in terms of the POPI Act.

The proceeds of the event will go directly to Zola’s Paw Project who serves the deserving doggies in the Kleinmond community with warm meals, medical care and an even warmer heart.
