The people are amazing and respectful, the venue was almost never messy. There is everyone from every walk of life that are so interesting. You never know who you're going to meet next. "This was my first time coming to EnterLAN and I have to say that the quality of the venue, seating and overall everything was top class. The fact that there was an endless supply of games, chats and Red Bull (awesome btw!) made it one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had! So excited for the next LAN and can't wait for the next one ;). Props to Julia and the team as they organized and troubleshooted every single issue that came up. Honestly so sad it is over BUT I am very excited for the next one. GGs! "

"I think Fire & Ice just knows how to accommodate their guests, and their service is genuinely amazing. We had the morning buffet included with our stay, and it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a beautiful window view. The room was well equipped with an open-plan shower, a separate closed-off bathroom, and a little kitchenette with a mini fridge. There was also a safe in the room, which was very convenient. I also really appreciated the additional door lock that could be engaged from inside the room. It gave me an extra sense of security and made me feel more comfortable during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The combination of the great service, comfortable room, beautiful view, excellent facilities, and amazing breakfast made the experience even better. Fire & Ice really knows how to make their guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care."
