Hello and Welcome, Time Traveller!

I'm Stella, and I believe we are intrinsic to Nature,

Stories are magical keys that open secret doors inside us.

And there's an oil for everything!

I'm a writer, mystic, and muse living on the rural wild coast of South Africa with my husband and our three children. By children, I mean two cats and a dog.

Maybe, like me and many artists and busy women, you've juggled bad jobs and run busy businesses until you nearly died. I'm done with that.

I heal myself daily through rewilding, writing stories, somatic movement, low-tox living, and embodied business.

I turned my Hustle into Harmony and my Catharisis into Cash.

And you can, too.

P.S. I have a potty mouth, but I'm passionate, tell the truth and laugh a lot. Like a lot.
