"Great gig, super friendly people, great to see old friends and meet new friends. Strawberry lips shooters and joints were awesome. Bands were good and the sound was awesome. Medieval knight fighting was an awesome addition and totally suited the metal vibe. Just wish more people pitched up, but that's typical of South African metal events, but hopefully next year we can get more people to come through. Nice to have such an event on the east rand close to home. Overall a great success. Thanks to all the organisers and the people behind the scenes."

"It was an extremely enjoyable event. The stage, sound, and lighting was of a very high standard and the crew produced world-class results. The event and venue was well dressed and well-lit at night, and many ammenities were provided for comfort and convenience, such as braai facilities, abloutions, and a homely bonfire for the patrons. There were also many other extra amusements to interact with throughout the day, which gave variety. There were security gaurds at the campsite site, providing peace of mind. All round, a fantastic experience for a bargain. Will definitely attend future events from SlamDank Productions when possible."

"Not a dull moment. In between band setups we got to enjoy knight fights, great food stalls, arcade games, pool and foozeball tables and a bonfire area. The stage and setup was amazing and fantastic band lineups. We had an unforgettable time!"
