Nephesh will be focused on ensuring mental well-being in society and empowering people about the nature and treatment of mental disorders. The Seminar aims to challenge the stigma attached to Mental Health disorders in society where depressed people are discouraged to open up. It will also enable people on how to support those around you that are suffering.

We will have various speakers, as well as people who have gone through it and they will give you some of the things that helped them get through it.
