"Absolutely FANTASTIC !! It was SO Motivational and a learning curve second to none! Informative and FUN !! Sensei Justin is a natural engaging speaker with wit and humor. The self defense was a learning curve and makes women realise how we have to empower ourselves to start somewhere and learn what our bodies are capable of . For our own and the sake of our children’s safety. Confidence and knowledge is key - we learnt so much . He made it easy to understand and grasp what we were supposed to do and techniques we had to apply in threatening situations . It would be amazing if we could do this on a weekly basis.
