HearUS Fundraising Concert - A celebration of sound (2024)

HearUS, an initiative of the Cochlear Implant Unit at Stellenbosch University, provides financial support to patients from financially compromised backgrounds to obtain cochlear implants and to assist them in realising their full potential in the world of hearing.

This concert aims to raise awareness of cochlear implantations and the profound impact it has on patients 's lives, while celebrating the joy that music and hearing brings to all of our lives.

The HearUS concert will again feature the Stellenbosch Youth Orchestra, the Heydeburg Symphony Orchestra and soloists Iman Bulbulia (piano), Njabula Mthimkhulu (baritone), Zanne Stapelberg (soprano) and Mario Nell (organ).
