Siki Jo-An is a multi-talented artist born and raised at Kwa-Zakhele township in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Who started performing when she was only six years old. She is a Rhodes university Bachelor of Arts degree graduate, where she studied classical Music and Dramatic art studies. Siki Jo-An is known as the African Queen from The Voice South Africa, where she sang Uqongqothwane also known as “The Click Song” by Mirriam Makeba. Siki Jo-An's video went viral and her life changed ever since, receiving recognition and praises from different countries across the globe and her life changed ever since. Siki Jo-An has done major productions such as RMB starlight classic, she sang at the Miss South Africa Finale. She sang the Newzeland’s national Anthem during the rugby game with the springboks. Siki Jo-An has recently finished her international tour performing South Africa, Tanzania and Brazil, promoting her newly recorded debut album of original songs that she composed herself. Siki Jo-An has recently travelled the world as a cruiseship singer, going to places such as New Zealand, Australia, Noth America, South America and Asia. Siki Jo-An accolades includes, working as a teacher, Journalist, vocal coach, theatre director, creative writer and business woman. Outside her busy schedule of social media posts, studio sessions, live performances and touring, Siki Jo-An enjoys a private life with her family, indulging on soul food, playing netball, biking, jogging, swimming or reading a book.
