"Good selection of farms for the space. Venue management good. Amount of tix sold good in relation to venue size. Food choices appeared well stocked. Oysters ran out in one hour which is generally the best paired item :( Loved rhe discounted wine sales. Perhaps have a stall for odd bins Benita stocks eg. De Kaap and some others. Have a person offer them with tasting notes upsell and so on. Thought the Quicket option of non drinker was wonderful. Would lile to know if the option of purchasing a credit towards a meal was a success. Will be back. "
