"We had a wonderful time and took the kids who really enjoyed themselves. The characters were on point and dressed beautifully. We would have perhaps liked an option to print our lists for the classes booked from the website or had this sent with the tickets to speed up the line to go in and perhaps next year you could consider bringing in a sorting hat to divide everyone into houses, then the beads given during the classes could be allocated to the house at the end of the day with the most points. Just for fun. Otherwise really enjoyed it and will be attending the ball."
