About

Oratiloe Matla, fondly known as Ora, is a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and founder of Release and Flow, who guides students in using yoga as a tool for personal development and mental health support.

With a background as a former ballet and contemporary jazz dancer, Ora has always found freedom through movement. She holds a degree in Physiology and Psychology, fueling her deep curiosity about the mind-body connection. Through yoga, she embraces a holistic approach to health, integrating both science and intuition.

She believes yoga is an accessible way to cultivate mindfulness and intentional living. Her teaching style is breath-centered, faith-inspired, and fluid, creating space for both strength and surrender.

"My goal is to facilitate classes that inspire individuals to uncover deeper insights about themselves and their potential—liberating both the mind and body."
