Hi, I'm Lynda Wright, a 40-something, dog-loving, Netflix addict with a loving husband and a dog. I'm a Christian life coach in Plumstead (Cape Town) helping adults grow their relationship with God (in the middle of the storm). Occasionally I run a Growing in Freedom for Christians workshop in Plumstead. In this workshop you'll get taken to a place where you can see your life with much more clarity, much more love, where you begin to realise you do have choices. Where you begin to feel affirmed and normal, where you can begin focusing on what is important , and beyond the current issues you are facing. To begin to talk kindly to yourself and be gentle with yourself. A place where you can begin navigating challenges in your life and noticing when you are expecting too much from yourself. These workshops are free to attend, but a pay-what-you-can gift is expected at the door on the day to help cover the costs. I hope to see you at one of these workshops soon!
