"The Sommelier experience with our VIP Couples ticket didn't really happen, we had to ask a few times and finally managed to get a couple of the wine farms to visit our table. The bottle of bubbles included in our ticket was terrible. The 1 course dinner was disappointing, the food was good, but we would have expected at least 2 courses for the extra paid. Overall the tasting options were good, the wine farms represented were a good mix. We would have appreciated a more transparent description of what was included in the VIP tickets, i.e. what the bubbles were, only 1 course meal etc so we could have made a more informed decision on which type of ticket to buy."
