The Magical Dreamer

My name is Jo,

I am passionate about helping others live a more fulfilled life through good quality sleep and the magic of connecting to dreams. I have always been fascinated by anything sleep related; but most of all I love dreams, lucid dreams and astral travelling. 

In 2007 I began to delve deeper into the subconscious world with the guidance of my teachers and mentors who helped me explore the dream worlds and non-physical reality. Over the years I have refined my own dreaming ability and have come to believe these realms are as real as our waking reality. 

My own dreaming practice follows the science of sleep. I’ve completed courses in Astral Travel and Lucid Dreaming and am a Certified Sleep Coach. But my most powerful tools are the power of ritual, intention and a strong link to Mother Earth. My connection to her is the source of my inspiration.
