"A few minor technical glitches in the beginning, but nothing that dampened the vibe of the event and reception to the speaker.
However, technical glitches that would need to be addressed for future webinars.
If possible, have 1 or 2 techs or boffins (that would like to volunteer their services) to man the webinar chat so as to assist any participants that are having technical difficulties.
I'm not sure if Zoom allows 'auto captioning' but, and if it does, it would be great for a hearing-impaired individual like myself. I know that auto-captioning isn't all that accurate and sometimes can be largely inaccurate, however it does make some difference at the very least.
I was not to fazed though, for the entire duration of the webinar, as the speaker (Stephen Key) was quite articulate and the sound quality at the event and on the livestream was of exceptional quality.
On the whole, the event was a 99/100 for me.
Kudos to the organisers, the tech team and everybody else that assisted in putting together an amazing event and webinar.
