"I absolutely LOVE these wine walks - this was my 7th one in total. Just a couple of gripes..........there was a shortage of marshalls yesterday and luckily for us, we were at the back of the 10am group. When we left our first tasting station, we were told by the tasting marshalls that we needed to turn left and not follow the rest of the group that went up the hill the wrong way. There should have been a marshall there directly the group. We all look forward to having the moment captured by photographers - the first one we saw was at the 4th tasting station. Last but not least, how does Quicket work out their admin fees? The first time I booked for this event (which was cancelled), I was charged R12.06 admin fee. I then received my refund, without the admin fee. Then when I booked again, I was charged R11.76. Please explain how the admin fees are worked out and why they are so expensive. I did a group booking of 10 people. Surely I should only be charged one admin fee instead of 10 x these amounts mentioned above."
