"I'm not sure my words will do it justice, because it was profound and unexpected event! the art, poetry and bodywork were provocative, at times poking the parts of me that lie dormant in the same old grooves that hold me back from fully experiencing the full expression of my life, my Self, in this body. A deeply somatic experience in my own honesty, expression, vulnerability, using movement and contact improv, art and poetry. I was nervous on arrival because I wasnt sure which road this was going down, but it was facilitated by 2 incredible women who allowed me to explore my edges in a safe environment. I'm not even sure which edges it was - it's hard for me to put my finger on it, because it was a deep unexplored space - maybe the Imaginal Space as Nan called it. It was a non-sexual workshop, which for me felt secure as I realised I hadn't yet understood, the lingo of the title. But now, if I understand it correctly, exploring the transformative energy which can come from rupture or disruption, could mean to receive authentic guidance. Thank you Nico and Nan for all the feeling and thoughts youve evoked in me from just one curious evening!!!! I'm super appreciative!!! "
