Who is CoachCaroline: Ms Nthabeleng Caroline Vanqa has over 13 years work experience as a Banker. She has worked for major Banks locally and abroad such as ABSA Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland (UK) and BMW Financial Services (SA). She previously served as the Cosmo City Chairperson Women’s Forum 2018, Member of Youth Parliament SA 2016 (Legislature) and Dep. Chairperson of the Community Advisory Board for Esizayo research unit in 2022.

She is the Director and owner of Tola World Pty Ltd which specialises in Civil Construction, Fuels and Tank Installations in Mining and Business Consultancy. In 2021, she was invited by Phola in partnership with Genderlinks, Women Voice Leadership SA and Global Affairs Canada to MC one of their events. The same year, she was featured on Re-invent Africa, talking township based entrepreneurship development. Prior to that, in 2019 she chaired a panel (with other entrepreneurs from SA) in partnership with Murdoch University on Women Empowerment and African Diaspora in Perth, Australia (Africa Down Under 2019). The leading forum for Australia-Africa business relations with interests in mining and energy, attended by Ministers, Ambassadors, Law Makers and High Profile Business Men and Women. Recently feature of Bogart Radio talking all thing entrepreneurship.
