This private dinner and contemporary ballet performance is raising awareness about WGRUV Dance Company and the artistic development and job creation it provides to South Africa. In the hope of gaining some headline sponsors for 2026, this gala will highlight the companies strengths and impact on the community

"Brilliant new young dance company, excellent dancing and wonderful choreography. Unfortunately the stage was too small for the dancers and they had to limit their movements but they did an incredible job. So good that The Fugard Theatre has been "saved" but the name Star does not sound right for this venue."

"The show was phenomenal, loads of variety. It was wonderful to meet the dancers and director afterwards. Thank you WGRUV. The theartre was also an awesome experience, with friendly, accommodating staff. The only thing I would suggest, if I may, is to sell wine by the glass aswell. We would've bought a couple of glasses, but not a bottle ??"
