She was a contestant on Season 4 MasterChef SA.

"The evening and experience was fantastic. Charmaine is amazing and the food very tasty. However the stoves can be very unpredictable - some get a lot hotter than others, even at the same setting. It was stressful trying to keep up while waiting for something to happen or not burning the food. Overall though it was a fantastic experience. "
