Get ready for the second Afrodiaspora Connection Tuesday Funk, an electrifying night where boundary-breaking improv meets the rhythms of a cross-continental music exchange.

THAT Tuesday Funk was born out of a post-lockdown vision to create a safe haven for artists. Now, it's Johannesburg’s most dynamic jam session, championing an artist-first ethos and redefining what it means to funk out midweek. This isn’t just a jam — it’s a movement.

In collaboration with THE DIG GLOBAL (SA) and Jazz re:freshed (UK), the Afrodiaspora Connection is a long-term cultural bridge between the jazz and alternative scenes of South Africa and the UK. The project nurtures sustainable music exchange, artist development, touring, education, and deep-rooted creative collaboration.

This special Tuesday edition features a stellar live lineup blending local and international talents:
