"The new ticketing system represents a major step forward vs the chaotic state of affairs of first-come-first serve being applied at two separate gates. Aside from being a safety risk sitting in your car in the dark at 4am, a potential visitor couldn't determine if they had a chance to get in as you don't know how many people are at the other gate. On a personal note, I have intermittent issues with my legs. Packing a bakkie full of fishing and picnic gear is a bit of a task. The disappointment of not getting in comes at a higher price than for a fully able-bodied person. These comments are for context only and not a complaint. The ticketing system is a professional solution, so please... DO NOT CHANGE IT!"
