Mzansi Rising

We strive to lend a helping hand to our fellow South Africans in need, through the kindness, commitment and generosity of the people of our beautiful 

 country. 

Our very first assignment is to provide Avela Mbovu, a 9 year old girl from Mayville, Durban with a set of prosthetic legs. Her right leg was amputated above the knee, and her left leg amputated below the knee. A very kind prosthetist, Jeremy Kriek has consulted with Avela, and has offered to go through the 8 session preparation, design and fitment of her prosthetics, at an unbelievable reasonable rate.

We are hoping to set up a trust for Avela, as she will require adjustments to her legs, as she grows, and we would love to be able to assist her financially during the process.
