"wonderful event full of real Cape Gees but a bit of old fashioned sugar infused coca cola would have been very welcome on the refueling stations...water and ice coffee not quite doing the trick!! otherwise loved it as it was a non competitive load of fun finshed off with a great Dalebrook Swim "

"Great route but concern over the following: Reminding runners to face on coming traffic if no pavement to run on. Along Spaansgemacht cyclists had to move into the traffic as runners were using the cycling lane and running with backs to on coming traffic. "
