"Hi guys and gals. I am Damien's mom, his greatest supporter BUT also his fiercest critic! So, the word "biased" shouldn't come to mind, okay? I've seen Damien practice for this show. Many, many times. (So many times that I know the words and moves off by heart!) He worked só dilligently and agonized over every little detail, and I am tremendously proud of him! So you can imagine my disappointment when there was a bit of a muddle up with the music and the lights... one song's backtrack starting too soon, another one where you can hardly hear the backtrack and lights where there shouldn't be any, and the other way around. But luckily these little flaws were hardly noticed by the people watching this performance for the first time, so it's not a train smash! I believe this made Damien stronger in a way, just a bit of practice for similar situations in the future. I'm proud of him for just going on with the show as if nothing went wrong. Heidi and team, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all your effort that you put into your students' shows, and for encouraging them in such a positive way. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the show, so well done everybody, you rock! Therefore I give you a full 5 stars ! ?????"
