RENEé VAN WYK
Reneé read for an Honours Degree in Industrial Social Work and majored in Psychology at UNISA. She used her interest in the social work arena in the corporate environment, and various community development projects. She had been involved in management consulting, human resources, counselling as well as the training and development arena. Reneé had been involved in small business herself since 1995 that culminated into the formation of Innermost Consultancy from where she delivers training and personal development programs, such as the My Best Gap Year coaching programme. Reneé works closesly with associates like the Kobus Neethling Group, Solutionsfinding, Brainwave Projects, and WELLNESS-SA. As part of a inter- and transdisciplinary team, they offer Coaching, Counselling & Therapy services.
Reneé believes in life-long learning, has a passion for the development of potential and talent, and has always explored new terrains and new information.
National Certifications and accreditations include ETDP and Service Seta accreditation, Assessor and Moderator registration with both Setas, Managing Member of Innermost Consultancy, Managing Member of 3 at Work; and was the National Project Coordinator for Junior Achievement’s Environmental Entrepreneurs programme, sponsored by HSBC.
Reneé is a registered Social Worker with SACSSP, member of SAASWIPP, BHF and with COMENSA as a Results Life and Success Coach.
International certifications, memberships and accreditations include NBI® Brain and Thinking Preference Profiling (cognitive styles and other leadership developmental instruments and tools), BrainGym® and ACRE (International Creativity in Africa – creative thinking skills is a necessity in Creative Problem Solving and opportunity- and solutionsfinding). Being a proud member of BNI (Business Network International) Reneé served her chapter as Educator and Business persons' mentor - changing the way people do business by a philosophy of "Giver's Gain".
Credentialing with the ICF is in process as she is the co-trainer and facilitator of the Kobus Neethling Whole Brain practioners with Ingvar Jonson from Iceland and Mo Deckers from Belgium. Reneé is also an International certified Firewalking facilitator and uses a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach in all her individual and teambuilding interventions.
My name means "Bringer of Good News", and that is my intention - it is possible to BREAK FREE from your own limiting beliefs and disempowering emotional states, take charge, make decisions, focus and achieve.
