Adrenaline Adventures is a Cape Town based adventures company that hosts various adventure races throughout the course of the year. Our races occur in some of Cape Town's finest locations such as Groot Constantia, Cape Point Vineyards, Willow Creek Olive Estate and Table Mountain, and are predominantly focused on trail running and mountain biking.
