House of Cats No Kill Shelter

We started rescuing kittens and cats since 2016, we are living in Dominionville, North West Province. I am Naomi and trying to make a difference in these cats lives. We are three working together, Lynette and Daniella (Lynette's daughter) stay at the shelter looking after the cats and kittens, while I work as a barber trying to make a living for all of us this includes the 111 cats/kittens. When Covid started we went thru a very tough period as I could not get in income, as I was not able to work for 3 months.

We did contact all the food suppliers of the cats, we did not get any help in as we weren't registered as a Shelter / NPO.

When Lockdown ended for me, the first thing I did was to register us as a shelter.

We are still in a growing phase and we need help with our project. We see every day the struggles with these little ones, no homes, no food, no shelter. We really trying to make a difference in spaying, feeding, giving shelter, healing and rehoming them. Our funds are limited, business is not the same as before Covid. WE are pleading with you, please even just a R10.00 donation, without that R10,00 we can't make a R100,00. The current costs to spay a cat is R790,00.  We also need to put up high fencing around the property and build better shelter for them. We are feeding 10kg cat food in 1.5 days plus 4 cans of cat food daily. Daily costs for feeding them is around R250/R300, and then it is the medication etc. I need you to help us help them!!
