I Nicholas, am a BodyMind Wellness Coach who helps people to eat well, move well and feel well.
 
As the Gut Health Yogi I help people with gut discomfort to find inner ease without the food overwhelm.
 
Through wellness programs and healing retreats, I facilitate wholeness through Bodysensing intuitive yoga, plant-based food programs and bodymind (somatic) coaching which are offered in the Gut Life Harmony program.
 
The gut is the center of our wellbeing and the place where food, mood and body integrate. We bring the bodymind back in harmony by combining essential food, mood and body practices to restore energy and gut health.
 
You can experience the gut harmony program in 3 different ways:
Individually (online or in person)
In groups (online or in person)
On retreat in special spaces
