Schmidtify

As a mum of two wonderful children, which are t(w)eenagers by now, I’ve always loved getting creative with arts and crafts. Through their eyes, I get to relive the excitement, curiosity, and magic of childhood, and every project becomes a little adventure we can share together.

The Schultüten Project has grown into something very close to my heart. It combines my love for beautiful papers, shimmering glitter, colourful ribbons, and thoughtful details with the joy of helping other parents create a truly memorable first day of school. Whether you love crafting yourself or would rather leave it to someone else, I want every child to experience the excitement of receiving a Schultüte made especially for them.

Creativity has always been part of who I am. I’ve never been afraid of bold colours, sparkling fabrics, or eye-catching patterns, and my friends often joked that I was “Schmidtifying” everything around me with my unique sense of style. That playful expression eventually became the inspiration for the name of my small business—a name that celebrates creativity, individuality, and adding a little extra sparkle to life.
