"As always, a wonderful event"

"The concert was absolutely beautiful, thank you!
The Memorial Chapel has very bad single microphone acoustics - the sound during the interview/chat before the concert was 'diffuse' and difficult to hear (we sat halfway back on the mountain-side). The concert acoustics were great.
The ticketing/entrance system is very congested - no scanners to process tickets, and poor lighting. The queue went back up the road towards School House and cars could not pass. More hands on deck might have helped too.
For all you pay Bishops for the venue, surely they can open the east gate for a more efficient exit?"
