Session Format.
  • Each session is between 90 and 120 minutes.
  • 30 minutes introduction.(Experienced breathers can skip the intro if they wish)
  • 60 minutes breathwork.
  • 5 minutes grounding.
  • 20 minutes optional sharing and closing.
