Code for Africa

Hacks/Hackers is a digital community that seeks to inspire each other, share information and collaborate on the future of journalism, media and tech?. Journalists call themselves “hacks”, someone who can churn out words in any situation. "Hackers" are technologists and programmers who use the digital equivalent of duct tape to whip out code. Hacks/Hackers is an Africa-wide community that brings the two together with the aim of developing new, cutting edge, and informed journalism skills and outputs.
