Sound Baths

Join us this Tuesday evening for this very special sound bath event. Doors open at 6:30pm, for a magical evening of sound healing with Andre Bergh. After receiving a short introduction to Hemp-derived CBD, sceletium + chaga mushrooms guests will be guided into deep restorative rest, washing away stress, pain + anxiety through sound + vibration of crystal singing bowls to embrace you.
Our guests can choose between CBD oil, sceletium OR chaga mushroom chocolate drink before the start of the sound journey to help gain access to a deeper level of rest & relaxation. As your body relaxes into the sounds, your mind will soon follow.
Once on the mat, Andre will perform a long sound journey to enhance, repair + restore our energetic frequencies. Using his wide array of instruments like singing bowls, monochords + gongs, he will gently guide us to a place of deep relaxation. This tuning of energy enhances all the aspects of our lives creating consistent pathways to flow + ease.
