"The event was stellar. There was ample parking, the venue was easy to get to and all the logistics were well managed. I like the fact that the snacks and drinks were on the side and not too close to the entrance which meant that getting to our seats wasn't blocked by people trying to get drinks and snacks. The sound was awesome - we could hear clearly and it was loud enough (without being too loud). Both Thando and Manana were excellent performers. I especially liked the fact that Thando was the opening act because it gave us an opportunity to warm up to Manana. That was a nice balance and it also gave us a sense of getting a 'two-fer" (two for one). Two good artists in one night for less than R500 - that is a steal! And they were both world class. They were well prepared and professional and they involved the audience in their performances. The band was also well prepared and everything worked so smoothly. I would recommend more evenings like this. Smaller artists who have a somewhat niche audience but have a wide enough appeal to attract a big enough audience so you can make money from the tickets and they also have a wide enough range of music so they can perform enough songs. I also liked the fact that the venue wasn't too big and it didn't feel overwhelming - it was intimate enough but also felt world class. At no point was i too hot or too cold or uncomfortable or distracted by weird noise or anything like that. I was completely focused on the performances the entire evening. I also know that there was continuous temperature control because when it started to get a bit warm it would immediately cool down. Thank you for that. Well done on a well managed and enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend another evening like this to friends and family. "
