"Constructive criticism in this case is a catch 22 situation. There were too many speakers, but all of them were very informative. Speakers were allocated very little time. We needed at least 3 days so we are able to interact fully with all the presentations. Very little time was allocated for us to interact with the presenters. Standard bank presentation was not necessary or maybe it was way above my level. I needed standard to focus on how they could help upcoming farmers. "
