Join us at Villiera as we kick off summer with bubbles, beats and great eats at this year’s Fizzytherapy Festival on Saturday, 22 November 2025. 

Enjoy a complimentary glass of Starlight upon arrival and set off to the lawn to sample more of our award-winning Cap Classiques, pairing so perfectly with the freshest oysters from The Mussel Monger & Oyster Bar. Villiera Cap Classiques and still wines will be available at the tasting stations, where the Villiera family will be waiting for you.

Ice cold Cap Classique at a special festival price will be for sale all day, as well as our white and red wines. We welcome back our hippest food truck vendors who will treat you with their tasty street-style food. A craft beer station by Berg River Brewery will be there with their beers on sale. A cocktail bar will complete the offerings.

So, buy your favourite bottle and some lunch, find a shady spot and listen or dance to some feel-good tunes.
