Jacques is a copywriter, author and workshop leader specialising in writing copy that converts visitors into prospects, prospects into customers and customers into super-fans. He has presented more than 1200 discourses on influence and persuasion both locally and internationally. He has ghostwritten eight books and four for his own account. When he's not teaching or writing, you'll find him studying philosophy, ancient military cultures, catching bass and playing chess.
