Benjamin Langholz

Benjamin Langholz has been living in Tokyo for the past 2 years to study Kinbaku under Kinoko Hajime. He is very interested in the natural high that is possible to create through rope and focuses his style around intensifying that feeling. Not only does he tie people, but he also experiments with tying spaces to convey aspects of the natural high that comes from being tied to visitors entering the space. He has made installations in several international galleries as well as artworks at Midburn, Burning Man, and most recently a project called Urge at AfrikaBurn.
