Pink Codrs Africa is an institute set up in 2017 to address the current shortage of female software developers around the world (with specific focus on Africa) by Upskilling and reskilling women with in demand tech skills and match them with job demand. 

Our core mission is to harness the strengths of African women developers and entrepreneurs, to build skills and capacity, and generate the critical mass needed to compete effectively. 

Our Goal is to train and place 1 million in tech by 2030!
