Wait there is more, Brian is an active property investor and is also part of the head committee of SAIBPP Western Cape Chapter which is the South African Institute Of Black Property Practitioners as his keen interest is in empowering and creating opportunities for others within the sector. All this is why he has now decided to also start actively speaking to a number of property enthusiasts so as to encourage people to shift their mindsets and see the endless possibilities in property as an investment.
