DRONES: YOUR PERSONAL EYE IN THE SKY
Darkwing Drones will be talking to us be their experience with drones and show us amazing that can only be captured by the operation of a camera drone.

Darkwing Aerials was founded by Dean Engela in 2012 and joined by Thomas McLeod in 2013. The two of us came together through our passion for film and the desire to bring a different perspective to the viewer. Our combination of on-set and cinematography experience has led us to a collaboration of multi-axial shots that have been made possible through the use of a camera drone. We are currently flying a DJI S900 that carries a Panasonic GH4.

CADENCE: A MUSICAL PLAYGROUND OF BEAUTIFUL PUZZLES
More than just a sound toy, this game is built on connections between logical nodes that create loops of music. Puzzles demand careful thought and can be solved in multiple ways, generating unique melodies from real-time synthesisers. Indie developer Peter shares some lessons learnt during the two years it's taken for Cadence to transform from a 48hr prototype into a real video game. Detailing the story of tribulation, and how that shifted his expectations and it made him a better person for it.

Peter Cardwell-Gardner is an independent developer working on his debut commercial release: the beautiful music puzzle game Cadence. He also co-curates the sublime experimental video game party known as Super Friendship Arcade.
