In the session, Prof. Jonathan Passmore will explore the different models of leadership and argue that coaching for many organisations should be the default leadership style, if the organisation’s aim is to develop its talent, and to encourage greater personal responsibility and creativity among its workforce. Jonathan will share a way for leaders to structure coaching conversations at work, and discuss the key skills they need to focus on, to make the transformation to a Leader Coach.
