Beginners Yoga Weekend
This Beginners Yoga Weekend is split into two, three hour intensive workshop sessions, one day after the other.

A 2 day workshop weekend, breaking down the Foundations of the Yoga Practice. A Foundations course that will prepare you from the ground up with all the necessary components to build a strong and steady practice that you will have with you for the rest of your life.
This weekend course is for those who have been wanting to start yoga but haven’t had the where or the how, those who haven’t had the time, for those who have an existing practice but wish to access a deeper understanding of the practice, to take it to the next level.
Date: Saturday & Sunday the 5th & 6th of October.

Saturday the 5th of October:
-Pranayama (breath work)
-Dynamic warm ups
-Sun Salutation A
-Sun Salutation B
Sunday the 6th of October:
-Use Saturday to warm the body
-Standing and Balancing
-Essential Oil Experience
Expect brief history & yoga philosophy, breathing techniques (pranayama), posture breakdown, correct alignment & cues, hands-on adjustments, storytelling (Mythology), counter postures, integration periods and meditation.
Space is limited to ensure that each person gets individual attention and hands-on-adjustments.
