Every gardener should be composting. Gavin from Earth Probiotic will talk about composting in general and Bokashi composting specifically.

Bokashi composting is method for composting food waste. The bokashi method utilises beneficial micro-organisms to enable the complete composting of all food waste (including cooked and uncooked meat, dairy, sea food). Not only does bokashi enable you to compost all your food waste, it enables you to recycle the nutrients from this waste back into your soil. Not only will you be adding essential organic matter to your soil but also key macro and micro nutrients such as potassium, phosphorous, calcium, iron, magnesium and other beneficial minerals which are all present in your food waste.

Gavin will talk about how the bokashi composting system works, how it will benefit your garden and also how you can utilise your fermented food waste within your existing compost setup or wormery to make your garden better.
