Come and learn to better understand your body’s aches and pains and relieve them through gentle Seon stretches.
June 11 – June 13
August 6 – August 8

You will be able to easily maintain this by yourself at home, gradually improving your body’s suppleness and agility.

These stretches will assist you in detoxifying your organs and body, leaving you revitalised.

We will share with you how to reconnect to your inner being through Core Breathing. As a baby, you did this naturally. Through the stresses of life, this process tends to be forgotten, which can cause negative emotions and disease.

This practice will lead you to an improved Well Being.

You will be preparing your own jar of the famous Korean fermented cabbage, called Kimchi, high in probiotics which is vital for good health.
