FOOD: A three course foraging meal by Chef Ryan Andersen! Here's what's on the menu! 

Starter.

Fresh Coastal bread served with infused whipped butter

Drunken Mussels in white wine sauce

Light Pickled Kelp salad

Wild mushroom pate 

Mains.

Oven roasted Coq au Vin (chicken marinated in red wine) on creamy wild garlic with a side of roasted winter vegetables quinoa salad.

Dessert.

Petit four selection of meringue, pastrys, cakes and biscuits
