ABOUT

...Property Point’s Entrepreneurship To The Point session on:

#EntrepreneurialWellbeing

Extreme stress, lack of sleep, constant uncertainty, social isolation, over indulgence of caffeine, impression management…If you are an entrepreneur these are all things you know well. Unfortunately, these are also things that have been glamorised regardless of the negative effects they have on the entrepreneur’s mental health.

It is impossible to operate at your best if your mental wellbeing is not taken care of. So what are some of the practical techniques you can use to really relax over the holiday season and when you come back next year? At this session we will have an honest conversation with an entrepreneur who has gone through difficult times when it comes to mental wellness and gain valuable advise on how entrepreneurs can take better care of their overall wellbeing.
