You will gain the following skills:

- Theory on Cookie baking basics

- Royal icing know-how

- Techniques: Piping; Flooding; Wet-on-wet

- Preserving and packaging of Cookies

- Troubleshooting

All supplies are provided along with Sugar Cookie and Royal Icing recipe to take home.

Once you have attended this Class, you will gain access to a private Facebook group, exclusively for Sensational Cookiers called Cookiers-in-the-Making. The purpose of the group is to share, help, learn and sharpen your Cookie decorating skills together.
